IT Service Management Analyst - Contract - 6 Months

**Fully Remote**

Austin Fraser are recruiting for an IT Service Management Analyst to join a Medical/Pharma business for an initial 6 month period with extensions highly likely.

The ITSM Analyst will be coming into ITSM Team as part of a merger and acquisition and due to the enlarged environment, need additional expertise in this area. Key focuses will be around Incident and Change Management but in particular Problem Management.

The nature of the role means you'll only be working and dealing with IT personnel - this is not end user focused.

In addition candidates need to be fully versed in ITIL processes and ideally have experience with Cherwell but other ITSM tools are fine.

Key Experience:

- ITSM experience with a focus on Problem Management
- ITSM tools (ideally Cherwell)
- ITIL

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with Medical/Pharma Industry
- GXP or QA validation knowledge
