A well-known aerospace manufacturer are beginning the search for a new Quality Manager, to be based at their facility in Hampshire with an option to work from home on a hybrid model. The starting salary is expected to be in the region of £50,000 to £60,000 p/a, with additional benefits on offer.
As Quality Manager you'll be responsible for a team of Quality personnel, ensuring that company, customer and regulatory requirements are met while also improving the quality of product and investigating product returns. The company are really keen to speak to anyone with a proven background in quality engineering, who is proficient in root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
The successful Quality Manager will have:
* Understanding of AS9100
* Understanding of Part 21 Subpart G
* Compilation/review of FAIRs to AS9102
* Internal Audit Training
* 8D practitioner level
* DMAIC practitioner level
* Understanding of PPAP & CI Methodologies
This role could be tailored to someone who is either looking to continue their career as a Quality Manager, or who is an experienced engineer making an initial move in to a management role.
