We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the UK and Ireland EHS&Q team. This position will be based in Widnes.
This role is ideal for a highly organised & motivated individual, with proven experience in a structured administrative role. You will be methodical and thorough in your approach, ensuring that all objectives & deadlines are met. A multi-tasking self-starter, you must strive for excellence in your accuracy of information and training provision to Univar Solutions staff.
Amongst your many responsibilities in this varied role will be the coordination of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality training from both internal trainers and external providers. You will also be responsible for supporting the EHS&Q induction process.

You must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and be able to work alone when required.
It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, and numerate with exceptional organisational skills backed up with strong IT skills (MS Office suite).
A knowledge of the ordering process in SAP would be ideal but not essential. More importantly a “can do” attitude is essential.
