The Head of Sales Role:
This Head of Sales position primarily focuses on the identification and generation of new business opportunities across UK and Europe, selling our complete portfolio of multi-award winning mobile ticketing, integration and API services to new enterprise level accounts.
This position concentrates on delivering new strategic accounts, planning and forecasting against target, as well as utilising key metrics to track and measure effort and success. This includes managing and building the appropriate sales team to deliver these aims.
You will be a strategic thinker with impact, possessing strong commercial acumen and extensive SaaS and ideally e-ticketing into transport or events industry knowledge, with the credibility to be an internal and external thought leader and spokesperson for our business.
You should be able to demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm and energy for the role, with the ability to drive the same levels of commitment within the team. You will be a proven and dedicated self-starter with a ‘sleeves rolled up’ attitude.
As Head of Sales you will:
+ Develop new business opportunities in prioritised markets.
+ Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
+ Be a strategic thinker but happiest when in front of internal or external clients.
+ Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to seek both short and long-term revenue opportunities. You will drive attainment of new logo revenue, ensuring your team build a robust pipeline to secure growth and profitability.
+ Personally deliver new clients to contribute to the new business sales targets for the FY.
+ 5+ years' experience of sales/revenue ownership in technology-based sales, with a track record of success and demonstrable business expansion and growth.
+ Proven successful sales team building and management experience, with a focus on developing the team success rate and ability to execute in a fast paced environment.
+ A successful track record of identifying and winning tenders.
+ An understanding of the transport technology space is desirable.
+ An understanding of the m-ticketing space is desirable.
+ An understanding of how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with executives of key target clients and strategic partners.
+ Fluent in both written and spoken English.
+ UK driving license and appropriate car essential.
+ £75,000 – £85,000 (OTE £160,000)
