Enterprise Sales Growth Manager
£60,000 – £80,000 Base + uncapped commission (OTE £120,000 – £160,000)
Plus private medical, pension and bonus
Remote Homebased with Client and London Meetings

We have disrupted the Smart Locker market with our world leading Smart Collect app, which brings “Click and Collect” functionality to corporate IT request portals for the first time and has resulted in us now being the global partner of choice for many of the world’s leading IT service providers and global brands.
With a number of global implementations, our growth is beyond exponential, which is why we now need to expand our team and bring onboard passionate professionals who can help us to deliver this incredible growth.
The Enterprise Sales Growth Manager Role:
You will immediately benefit from our significant investment in Hubspot Marketing and Sales automation that you can leverage to quickly deliver rapid sales and our growing relationships with some global household name direct customers as a great foundation that you can build upon.
You will be a motivated and hands-on sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results, with the experience to shape, grow and potentially lead our future sales organisation.

+ Bid Management
+ Establish new ServiceNow Referral Sales Channel
+ 5 years’ sales experience with impeccable and successful track record
+ Experienced in IT solution value led B2B sales (desirable)
+ Experience in ServiceNow or equivalent Enterprise scale tools (desirable)
+ CV should clearly demonstrate proven track record of personal contribution to meeting or exceeding sales quota in a complex and competitive environment
+ Trained and experienced in the delivery of the Straight-Line Persuasion Sales Methodology (desirable), or equivalent
+ Must be able to show experience in all aspects of the sales cycle, from sales methodology to prospecting, sales presentations and demos, proposal development, relationship management to closing
+ Superior oral, written, presentation and demonstration skills
+ Excellent communicator and influencer, ideally trained in NLP techniques
+ Bid writing and tender management experience
+ Results driven professional with the ability to work well and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment
+ Sales/CRM System (Hubspot experience desirable)
+ Microsoft productivity tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
+ Zigaflow (desirable – Quoting tool)
+ Monday.com (desirable – Project Management tool)
