Compliance & Admin Manager
Kidderminster HQ
£30,000 – £35,000
Plus Excellent Benefits Package including 33 days holiday + birthday off + buy/sell an additional 5 days + £30 per month towards wellbeing
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Reporting to: Operations Director

What you’ll be doing:

+ Ensure all compliance and admin tasks are completed to the very highest standards.
+ Control the whole compliance area including all certifications as well as ensuring all admin tasks are completed within the designated timescales.
+ Ensure all tasks within the administration process run smoothly ensuring we comply with contractual terms.
+ Be a team player assisting the wider business to meet company targets.
+ Ensure all tasks are completed within the administration department and all compliance related are processed within the relevant time scales including external audits.
+ Develop and lead an administration team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
+ Spot check processes and documents to ensure that we are compliant at all times.
+ Review, improve and innovate to constantly look at efficiencies and better ways of working.
+ Weekly reporting to Op Director on key metrics within the admin and compliance function.

About You:

+ Flexibility with working hours
+ Experience in high volume emails which require action
+ A keen eye for detail
+ Experience in creating reports using Microsoft Excel
+ Experience working with all Microsoft programmes and ERP systems
+ Experience in NetSuite is an advantage
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work efficiently, accurately and consistently
+ Show initiative and ability to problem solve
+ High standard of written and verbal communication
+ Experience of leading, motivating and developing a highly effective and efficient team
