St Albans or Radlett 3 Days per Week / Remote 2 Days per Week
£40,000 – £70,000 depending on experience

The Commercial Property Team: Highly experienced team comprising 3 Partners, a Senior Associate, 2 Associates and a Solicitor. Managing Partner has won the Business Leader of the Year award.

We mainly help corporates, owner managed/family businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs employees in a range of sectors including education and healthcare in Hertfordshire and London.

The Associate Solicitor Role:

Sitting within our successful and ambitious commercial property team, we are actively looking to expand the team with the recruitment of a Commercial Property Solicitor to help manage the increasing workload and maintain client service.

We are looking for a lawyer with a strong technical background who is confident working on complex commercial property matters and able to provide high levels of client service.
We continue to be one of the strongest and largest commercial property teams in the region and our work accounts for 25% of the firm’s total turnover.

We advise commercial clients on all their property needs including:

+ Landlord and tenant work
+ High value and complex property development – this work has grown over the last 12 months
+ Sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property
+ Secured lending.

About You:

+ Experience and interest in a career in commercial property law.
+ A client-centred focus, taking responsibility for service levels and proactively maximising and improving client relationships.
+ A can-do, motivated and positive attitude.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Good team player to include liaising with other teams.
