We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service oriented team player to join our busy Customer Services team in the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our flagship exclusive terminal at London Luton Airport.

Plus Benefits Package
Full Time – Annualised Hours – 4 on 4 off shift pattern including approx 2-4 night shifts per month
Fixed Term 14 month Contract initially with the possibility of a permanent contract

The Customer Service Representative opportunity:
As the face of Signature, it is the role of the Customer Services team to ensure both crew and passengers are greeted promptly and professionally at Reception & receive an exceptional, first-class experience throughout. You will maintain brand standards within passenger areas to an exceptional standard.
You will meet arriving flights, carry out passport/visa checks and relay this information on to the Operations department for instruction. You will also ensure crew and passengers of departing flights have appropriate documentation checked prior to departing and escorting crew and passengers to their aircraft.
+ You will have experience working within a customer service environment, ideally gained ‘front of house’.
+ You will have strong customer service skills, be an excellent communicator, a good listener, and a team player with a passion for providing the highest level of customer experience and service.
+ You'll be self-motivated with strong time management skills, an ability to work accurately under pressure and a calm approach to problem solving, last minute changes and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
+ Excellent personal presentation.
+ A full and clean driving licence is essential.
+ Additional languages would also be an advantage.
