We are bringing to market a new product for measuring liquids that is based on clever technology. Rapid growth means we need someone to help build and test our products.
This role is open to experienced Production Technicians or Entry-Level candidates seeking an apprenticeship (which we can offer through a local college); we don’t mind. The important thing is that we can work with you.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on practical role; you will be expected to perform general production duties as required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Receiving goods and performing incoming inspection & preparation
+ Product assembly and test
+ Using and maintaining the company’s Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
+ Improving production methods, work instructions and product travellers
+ Helping with other production activities, e.g. buying, equipment calibration, periodic maintenance, etc.
+ Proactively seeking support when needed and helping with product development
+ Other tasks as may be reasonably required
This position is based at our Headquarters on the Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire, England.
+ GCSE Maths & English grade A* – C or equivalent
+ Able to demonstrate practical skills, e.g. taking things apart and putting them back together (without any bits left over!)
+ Good computer literacy
+ Good communication skills
+ Desirable: ability to work accurately at speed
+ Desirable: able to multi-task as priorities change
+ Happy working in a team and following written instructions
+ Self-motivated with a can-do attitude to complete all tasks
