Agile Practice Lead (Scrum & Project Management) | London/Hybrid (one-day flexibility to London HQ) | Salary - £75,000-£100,000
Agile - a word meaning the ability to move quickly and easily. Or does it? In this case, we aren't quite talking about the great sprinter Usain Bolt. We are involved with the management term - this being a method of project management that divides tasks into short phases of work with frequent reassessment (so, the same idea...right?). We also love other terms such as Scrum....
About my Client:
In summary, my client;
My client is seeking an experienced project manager who is familiar with working alongside developers, engineers, and other technical employees to deliver full life-cycle projects of software. It goes without saying that you will have worked within an agile environment, but you will have a keen interest in bringing this into the business and possess the ability to implement this within the team. Ideally, you will have managed scrum masters and possess an Agile qualification (e.g., PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner). If you have worked in a small company, SME, or technology company, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress into a prospering industry and really utilize your skillset.
The client has been running for over 12 years and is undergoing extreme growth, hence the search for a qualified agile practitioner! You will be involved in the management of projects associated with the use of customer intelligence and AI Machine Learning platforms - which drives forward customer insight for businesses. The working environment is fast-paced, so you need to be flexible and adaptable to change!
