Finance Administrator, Newtownabbey - £20000 - £23000
Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Finance Administrator to join an established Transport business based at their site in Newtownabbey on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the Financial Controller the key responsibilities for the role are;
• Customer Invoicing
• Proof of Delivery ( POD's ) management
• Key Performance indicators production and reporting of same
• Supplier invoice passing.
• Weekly Driver wages calculations and submissions to Group payroll
• Other Finance / Admin duties as required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• A good communicator.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• A team player.
• Previous experience in a Finance environment would be advantageous.
• Must have excellent attention detail.
• Have good communication skills.
• Death in service
