The Role
* Fault-find and test AC systems within a commercial building
* Undertake low level electrical maintenance & plumbing (Domestic water supply and drainage)
* Service VRF and Split Air Conditioning units
* Deliver services to different sites mainly around the North West area
* Liaise with the client and internal departments to ensure the highest standard of service is being delivered
Experience required
* 4 years' experience in a multi-skilled maintenance type role
* Fgas qualification is desirable
* City and guilds/NVQ HVAC/building services/AC qualification is required
* Test and inspection qualifications
* Fault-finding experience on Mitsubishi/Daikin equipment
