API Technical Author I am currently recruiting for a leading financial services company. They are looking to hire a Senior Specialist API Technical Author. You would be responsible for: * Ensuring the accuracy, quality and consistency of technical documentation and writing API documentation for API users. * Defining the technical tone of voice for the company * Supporting the developer engagement teams by responding to developers queries and creating documents which answer customers questions Therefore, they are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences: * Excellent authoring experience with technical and digital products such as API portals * Experience working with software engineering teams * Ability to synthesise and information and produce, update and maintain sections of knowledge * Experience with API's is a must API Technical Author
