A VIP Executive Support Analyst is required to provide a white glove support service to the C-Level Executive team. This role will require last-minute travel so the successful person must be flexible to travel locally and internationally at a drop of a hat.


On-call 24/7 for VIP Executive IT support most calls will be triaged by Personal Assistants before handing off to this role.

Oversee all device checks and ensure all VIP devices are fully working and tested on a daily basis - Mac, Windows. Iphones, ipads, VC/AV units,.

Manage processes documentation to ensure immaculate service delivery

Work closely with in house infrastructure team and 3rd parties to resolve any technical issues

Proactively check all VIP destinations for excellent IT service. Be on hand to support where necessary. Included but not limited to Hotels, Private properties, corporate offices.

Oversee IT service in somerset using 3rd party support where necessary

Short notice travel occasionally required.

Oversee all important calls with VIP involved to ensure seamless delivery.

Be in the London office at least Tues-Thurs each week. Probably 8am-6pm

Must have excellent, low key communication skills.

Must be proactive and actively search out service improvements.

Enure VIP PAs, CTO, Group COO, Head of Infrastructure are all kept up to date.
