The Role

We are currently looking for top-notchPlanning Managersto join our team. As a dynamic and tech-driven startup, curiosity and ingenuity are two of the main traits that we love about our applicants!

Our clients includemajor Owner/Operators, Main Contractors and Subcontractors, with project valuesbetween£1m and£1B+UKand Europe wide. Some travel isrequiredfor this project,typically 3 nights away from home every second week.

For this role, an ideal candidate would have:
  • Arelentless and dynamic approach to dealing with people and be able to influence them to take the best approach. (Required)
  • Strong communicator in English (Required)
  • 5 to 10 years of site experience in the delivery of engineering & construction Projects (Required)
  • Engineering related qualification (Required)
  • Expert level Excel skills and strong interest in data (Desirable)
  • Expert level Primavera P6 skills (Desirable)
  • Coding skills (Nice to have)

Salary and Benefits
  • Full time contract, partly remotewith regularsite visits.Flexible hours
  • Site visits usually 2-3 days a week, so flexibility to travel will be required
  • Performance-related salary. ForPlanning Manager,package between £70kand£90k(depending on the level) plus Health Insuranceand NEST Pension scheme.
  • 15% - 20% annual bonus in equity depending on level
  • Paid overtime when working over 40 hours.
  • You will be supported to excel in whichever areas you are most interested in!With Laminar, development is unbounded.



In terms of application, we usually start with a screening call to tell you whatwe areall about in a small, casual conversation. That helps you to know us a bit better and tell us a bit about yourself. We then have a technical interview and exercise, depending on the level shown. From there on,it isdown to the offer stage.
