We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Product Manager to shape our native mobile app. Your mission will be to change customers perception of insurance apps and provide seamless, simple, and highly intuitive journeys for the entire lifecycle of a customer's policy. Reporting directly to the VP Product, you'll be responsible for building out the mobile vision, strategy, proposition, and roadmap.

Job purpose:

• Lead the native mobile app vision, strategy, proposition, and roadmap definition

• Clearly define user stories for the mobile app team

• Be part of the mobile app agile team attending agile ceremonies, stand-ups, planning and retrospectives

• Conduct ongoing market and customer research to ensure the mobile app product and customer journeys are underpinned by high quality data and insights

• Work closely with Growth, Design and Pricing colleagues, as part of a cross-functional team, to deliver trading plans and commercial targets

• Collect, monitor, and act upon customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile app experience, in line with evolving consumer expectations and commercial objectives

• Work closely with Risk and Compliance colleagues to ensure that product and customer journey is designed, distributed, and operated in line with relevant regulatory guidelines and frameworks

• Ensure communications, experiences and documents are developed with customer-centricity at their heart, striving for clarity and simplicity across all channels and consumer interactions

• Lead the customer communication and go live approach for new feature releases and as well collating customer feedback


• Previous experience working as a Mobile Product Owner/Manager (specifically native mobile apps) within agile delivery frameworks

• Proven track record in delivering commercial targets and trading plans

• Experience in commissioning and acting upon market and customer research that supports the ongoing development the product and customer experience

• Ability to write user stories to reflect requirements with adequate acceptance criteria and supporting designs sourced from the UX team

• Experience of using analytic and creative skills to challenge the way we do things and find better solutions

• Experience in commissioning and acting upon market and customer research that supports the ongoing development of customer facing products

• Proven track record of launching and optimising native mobile apps


• Experience in and working understanding of insurance technologies

• Experience with using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or analytics platforms
