This year has been as busy as ever for our team. They have successfully delivered several high-quality projects within a wide variety of therapy areas for our clients, continuing to build our strong reputation in medical communications.

Are you an established senior account/project manager or account director on the lookout for something new? A move into a role that will offer you autonomy, the scope to grow and develop, and a 'no day is the same' opportunity?

We are looking for an Account Director who will lead and inspire the team to help them to deliver an effective, innovative and efficient service to our clients. This role will involve client services and strategy, business development and marketing, and management responsibilities.

This role can be based from our offices in Oxford or London or remotely in the UK.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager or Account Director who has:

• significant experience in account management in medical communications
• the ability to lead a dynamic team and work in partnership with clients
• experience in financial management
• experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members
• excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
