Our client is a well-established and highly successful security integrator working at an enterprise level with blue chip clients. They are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to support the whole finance team as required.
The role is an opportunity to join a busy accounts team, focusing on the purchase ledger with the potential to take on further responsibility as you grow in the role.
As the Finance Assistant you will support the Group Head of Finance on a variety of duties including:
Responsible for processing invoices and credit notes
Processing engineers' timesheets
Sending out supplier remittances
Processing staff expenses
Liaising with internal departments regarding any queries
Monitoring accounts inbox
Ad hoc support to Accounts Team as needed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work well as part of a team, work to deadlines and build relationships at all levels. You will have good IT skills, particularly Excel.
Office hours are 08:30 -17:30 Mon - Fri. There is the possibility of working part time with this role with flexible hours. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
