One of my prestige clients based in Baildon, has a new and urgent position for an experienced Accounts Assistant.

The client needs someone that can hit the ground running and requires minimal training. With accounts, payroll and is part or fully AAT qualified.

You will need to be familiar with QuickBooks, Sage 50 and Xero programmes along with confidence using Excel.

Assisting the Finance Manager with daily functional accounts processes for the company.

The role incorporates a variety of tasks


Production of accounting reports, including profit and loss statements, debtor/creditor reports.

General accounts and office administrative support.
I am looking for someone that will be able to work on their own initiative, as well as being a team player, have a sound working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting and payroll, confident IT skills, and the drive to exceed my clients' expectations.

We need you to have recent experience in a variety of accounting softwares, such as Sage 50 Accounts, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Xero and QuickBooks.

As suggested the client tis open to full or part time consideration for the role.

This really is a super local company, 4 in the accounts team (one a keen baker)

Salary in the region of £15,000 (part-time) - £25,000 dependant on experience with great benefits.
