Endoscopy Workshop Manager

Our client based in Southend requires a Workshop Manager with endoscopy equipment experience.

The Endoscopy Production manager will be responsible for the management of the Endoscopy repair operations, encompassing minor/major repair, stock control, incoming & final inspection and Sub-assembly.

Duties to include:

Deputise for Endoscopy Service Operations Manager

• * Management of the repair workshop operations. Management of resources to hit customer KPIs and operational performance targets: Internal and customer KPIs, Continuous improvement initiatives ,Cost down Initiatives ,Staff technical skills /competencies improvements, Technician and workshop productivity,RFT initiatives across all operational areas
• Ensure operations conform to BSI quality standards at all times.
• Management and mentoring of staff - setting objectives and performance monitoring
• Effective collaboration with all operational business functions - eg service engineering, procurement, finance
• Liaison with and support of Business Development personnel and activities
• Attend customer review meetings to assist the field-based Support Specialists / Account Managers
• Undertake the management & resolution of customer dissatisfaction / complaints
• Development and periodic review of departmental BPMN documentation
• Carry out appraisals, set objectives and monitor staff performance
