We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk - could that be you?

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. Our services received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

We form part of the Coventry & Warwickshire Health and Care Partnership which is made up of the NHS, local government and the third sector to integrate care and better meet our health and care needs now and in the future.

This role is to join an existing AP team that processes invoices to pay suppliers. The Trust operates a "No PO, no pay" policy, so experience of requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, invoices, and Credit notes is essential.

System knowledge:
  • Quick and accurate data input
  • Good Excel spreadsheets
  • Financial System experience, preferably Integra

  • Organised and methodical.
  • Be able to deal with multiple issues
  • Strictly follow process
  • Ensure accurate record keeping
  • Mature approach to problem-solving
  • Be able to work unsupervised once trained.
