Job OverviewMPS are looking for a motivated person with a passion for film to join our UK based Client Services team.

An Account Manager can expect to undertake the following in support of our growing Digital Cinema team:

Being the first line of contact for all queries and orders from clients. Managing expectations and provide regular updates on order progression.

Build and manage client relationships to develop and grow existing revenue streams. Updating clients on new services and technologies, working with Marketing and Business Development to collate and share information appropriately.

Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues.

Managing end to end ordering process for all Production orders. Translating order requests into appropriate MPS systems. Working with internal teams (Creative Services, Encoding, Subtitling, LANsat, and Support teams) and third party vendors to ensure orders are processed correctly. Ensuring both you and the client are aware of all new developments that may occur in the life cycle of a project while identifying, managing and mitigating risks

Other responsibilities include: project billing, developing/streamlining processes, documenting workflows and overviews and creating and disseminating reports.

RequirementsKey Experience
  • Previous experience working with an order management system
  • 2 years working in a client/customer facing role
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Essential Requirements
  • Logical thinker
  • Confident Communicator
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation
  • Works well within a team and has leadership qualities
  • Ability to adapt to new IT software's and systems
Desired Requirements
  • 2 Years' working in Film Industry
  • Linux and related OS knowledge
  • Understanding of DCI standards
  • An in depth knowledge of Digital Cinema formats
  • Understanding of the theatrical cinema release process
