We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 4 operation centres in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, China and Malaysia responding to the calls for help we receive from travellers across the globe.

A bit about you:
  • You will have more than 10 years post graduate experience, ideally with a strong background in Critical Care medicine (Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics or Intensive Care)
  • You will have a thorough understanding of the current clinical skills and knowledge required for the provision of medical and retrieval medicine, ideally in an international setting
  • You will bring knowledge of safety and quality assurance initiatives and standards in the area of critical care and retrieval medicine, including the ability to conduct audits and data analysis of key outcome measures
  • You will have an excellent understanding and clinical proficiency in dealing with undifferentiated emergency presentations.
  • You will hold a current specialist registration with the General Medical Council


A bit about the Job:
  • You will be our on-site medical subject matter expert, responsible for communicating with the team, insurers and clients
  • You will provide oversight and ongoing education, supervision and support to all members of the medical team
  • You will engage in ongoing quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with our current organisational clinical governance framework and ensuring industry best practice
  • You will be the escalation point regarding the appropriateness and necessity of medical care and/or transport, identifying customers at risk and escalating care as necessary
  • You will support relationship management and development efforts with both existing and new clients
