Description
Responsibilities of the role will include setting up suppliers, processing purchase invoices, preparing BACS payments, reconciling supplier statements and monitoring credit balances.
The role holder will be a main point of contact for any purchase order related queries and will have a great knowledge of the organisation policy and procedures regarding purchase ledger.
Other duties will include processing staff expense claims, monitoring card expenses, general administration, providing cover for other members of the finance department, and providing an excellent customer service for day-to-day finance & accounting operations.
Profile
We are looking for candidates with great purchase ledger experience. It would be great if you have experience utilising an automated invoicing system. Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping is desirable, although not essential.

- Able to work well in a team and independently;
- Excellent knowledge of purchase ledger processes.
