Here at Prospero, we are working with one of our most prestigious clients to find an experienced Events Project Manager. The key focus of this role is to manage and deliver from creative concept to onsite execution a range of different events across the clients sites.

Key Details:
  • Events Project Manager
  • 12 month FTC
  • Based in London
  • Paying up to £45K

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing the delivery of small/medium events including regular project meetings, contact reports and project time plans ensuring regular communication with the project team.
  • Ensure delivery against targets and accurate forecasting for each event and delivered on budget.
  • Design, plan and deliver a range of theming, activation and entertainment installations as required by the business.
  • Provide administration and operational support for the events and entertainment team inc management and production associated legal event paperwork including performers agreements, NDA's and licenses etc.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of sites, demography, footfall, and customer profiling within the sites trade areas to influence communications and negotiations.
  • Work and co-ordinate activity with internal teams including marketing, site management, commercial partnerships, legal, risk and finance in the delivery of the events program.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
  • Events delivery & project management / sponsorship / venue management experience.
  • Excellent event management skills, client management and brand experience knowledge.
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record to lead complex events with multiple stakeholders including timing plans, setting and managing deadlines, communicating progress with regular status reports and flagging and managing issues in the process.
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of management, partners and agencies.
  • Experience working in a busy, demanding and pressurised environment, delivering under short lead times.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to embrace change, opportunities and travel.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft programmes: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
