CRM & Gifting Coordinator

A new opportunity has arisen for a CRM coordinator to join this luxury jewellery retailer on a temporary basis.

The company is a well-known jewellery business that sells products that are popular with VIPs and celebrities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the planning & management of the gifting calendar for both global and local gifting
- Liaising with markets on gifting feedback, local gifting requirements & local activations
- Implementing a central source for the gifting process, guidelines and strategy for global use
- Working closely with market stakeholders to collate gift orders, delivery addresses & costings
- Providing updates to all teams and markets throughout production process and manage expectations on timelines
- Managing all communication with the production vendor regarding quotes, orders, prototypes, timelines and delivery
- Actively log competitor gifting, new ideas & innovations for both online & offline gifting
- Ongoing support to the CRM & VM team for support in the gifting production process
- Support with the CRM team for ad hoc CRM activity
