Benefits Program Manager EMEA to join the team and help support the Total Rewards function as the business continues to grow and scale. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our client's Benefits programs are implemented and delivered effectively.
This role will have operational responsibility for Benefits programs within the region; managing the ongoing delivery of existing programs and end-to-end implementation of new programs.

This role will have operational responsibility for Benefits programs within the region; managing the ongoing delivery of existing programs and end-to-end implementation of new programs.
Benefits Program Manager key responsibilities:
- Project manage the Benefits program portfolio of renewals with full responsibility for implementation
- Responsible for Benefits program communication plan and all related materials
- Manage vendor contracts and related documentation requirements; ensuring compliance, internal procurement / IT guidelines/ standards and statutory requirements
- Vendor management; ensuring that vendors are delivering in accordance with agreed Service Levels to ensure that our programs are complied with
- Responsible for process design of new programs, process changes identification of existing programs
- and any process improvement opportunities
- Manage employees' escalations including investigations, resolution and implementing any relevant process improvement changes
- Collation of budget requirements for Finance
Benefits Program Manager profile requirements:
- 5 or more years of broad operational experience in a Project Management and/or Benefits role
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Program Management experience - ability to manage multiple projects in a number of countries
- Strong Planning and stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate across different functional teams in a highly dynamic and matrix environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Solution-oriented and able to help complex / broken processes be more effective, and deliver creative fixes to nuanced issues
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a quickly growing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, including an ability to multi-task and juggle multiple tasks both big and small
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets/ Docs and Asana
