Your new role
You will be working in an Early Years class supporting children with SEN and facilitating their personal growth. You will be offering academic support to the class as well as offering support on a 1:1 basis to pupils with Global Developmental Delay, Challenging Behaviour and Asperger's Syndrome. You will build strong relationships with pupils and assist with their academic development.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have relevant SEN experience and be dedicated to every child's development and support. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience of supporting emotional and behavioural difficulties, and will have patience and empathy. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships. Experience working with external professionals such as Speech Therapists will be highly regarded.
