As a Manager in our Global Compliance & Reporting Team you will manage the operational project teams on a day-to-day basis to implement payroll processes and services for external business to ensure country and data compliance. In more detail, your role will include:
Being an integral part of the onboarding process for global company's payrolls
Maintain awareness of risk, particularly with confidential data and deliver high quality outputs/deliverables.
Implement the firm's risk management and quality control procedures.
Control of billings and cash collections.
Work with bid teams and be involved with client presentations.
Lead transition project from appointment as preferred supplier through to steady service delivery
Act as a major point of contact within the firm for global clients, building sustainable relationships
Identify and recognise new project and business opportunities for Global Outsourcing.
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
Managing and developing the team
You will need to be ACA/ACCA or Tax qualified, with an Audit or Tax background from a professional services firm. Experience in bid development is highly desirable along with the ability of being critical and forward thinking and being able to see the bigger picture.
