Corporate Communications PR Account Manager role, to join this fast growing, international healthcare communications firm, working across the UK, Europe and the US, specialising in investor relations, corporate and financial communications.

My client are an international healthcare communications firm, who operates across UK, Europe, and the US, specialising in investor relations, corporate and financial communications. They are experts in strategic communications and pride themselves on developing proactive and results driven communications programmes to help their clients build a stellar
reputation in the industry globally, to help them to raise finance or carry out M&A/licensing.

Their senior team of healthcare specialists, which include communications experts, ex-fund managers and analysts, have decades of experience and are trusted advisors to some of the world's most exciting public and private companies across pharmaceuticals, medtech, biotech, digital health, and healthcare services,


They are looking for an ambitious and smart PR professional with excellent written and spoken communications skills to join the team. The Corporate Communications PR Account Manager will be working with one of the most talented and
experienced teams in the industry and will have the opportunity to fast track their career by working closely with world class companies that are leaders in their respective fields.

You will:

  • Play an active role in client PR strategy formulation, account planning and evaluation
  • Draft press releases, Q&As, investor pitches and client collateral, from factsheets to presentations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media, arranging and mediating client media interviews and briefing clients accordingly
  • Research and implement new media strategies for clients including advice on website content and social media
  • Act as the main point of contact on assigned client accounts - ensure accounts are run efficiently and productively
  • Proactively target investors
  • Work with the client support team to organise logistics around financial results, including setting up media and analyst calls, and organising meetings

  • Strong communication experience gained from working in a PR/Comms capacity, either for an agency or in-house
  • A well-presented communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flawless execution and attention to detail is an absolute must
  • An interest in the Life Sciences is essential
  • Knowledge of key publications relevant to our clients to support PR programmes
  • Ability to both prioritise and multitask effectively under time constraints and in a dynamic environment
  • An individual who shows initiative and takes responsibility and ownership for planning and organising their own work
  • A team-player who can work flexibly within a team and will seek help when appropriate
