Responsibilities:
Background:
- Design and execute the global customer acquisition strategy, establish best-in-class practices across paid and organic digital channels such as Paid Social, Native, Paid Search, SEO, and Programmatic Display
- Develop a CX strategy that delivers an effective buyers journey and encompasses an effective product demo/test/trial stage and follow-through
- Build, manage, and develop a global team (currently 4 FTE's based in EMEA)
- Use data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing campaigns
Background:
- Proven experience in directly managing digital marketing preferred on an international platform
- Experienced with building, managing and inspiring an (international) team of direct reports
- Expert knowledge of SEM / SEO and Programmatic online channels
- Substantial analytical skills and experience working with performance marketing metrics
- Experience working with online ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Confident in communicating across the organisation
