Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute the global customer acquisition strategy, establish best-in-class practices across paid and organic digital channels such as Paid Social, Native, Paid Search, SEO, and Programmatic Display
  • Develop a CX strategy that delivers an effective buyers journey and encompasses an effective product demo/test/trial stage and follow-through
  • Build, manage, and develop a global team (currently 4 FTE's based in EMEA)
  • Use data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing campaigns

Background:
  • Proven experience in directly managing digital marketing preferred on an international platform
  • Experienced with building, managing and inspiring an (international) team of direct reports
  • Expert knowledge of SEM / SEO and Programmatic online channels
  • Substantial analytical skills and experience working with performance marketing metrics
  • Experience working with online ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Confident in communicating across the organisation
