Reporting to the Creative & Product Direction Specialist to ensure that the various brands remain recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers. You will form strategies for building public perception and ensure that branding is consistent across advertising & campaigns, product design and packaging.

Key Areas of Responsibility (including but not limited to):
  • Reporting to the Creative and Product Direction Specialist to evolve creative brand direction to support recognition, growth and expansion.
  • Continuous improvement plan to ensure brand guidelines and compliance is adhered to across departments and with our partners.
  • Data profiling and analysis - existing customer base, future customer base, internal product intelligence to influence future product improvements.
  • Trend development and evaluation to support growth opportunities to impact visual applications and products.
  • Style guide development/evolvement across brands and ensuring compliance.
  • Brand guideline management and development - internally and externally. Supporting its relevance and evolvement, as well as licensed relationships.
  • Influencer Group - management, creation and evolvement to support brand equity.
  • Competitor analysis to influencer future trends and product evolvement.
  • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
  • Increasing profitability and market share
  • Ensuring that all messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
  • Analysing competitor brands, consumer trends and shopping behaviours in order to influence future trends.
  • Work collaboratively across, sales, marketing, design and product development to ensure the brand strategy is communicated, understood and executed.
  • Assisting in the design of product, packaging and in store marketing displays.
  • Support with researching external presenters and licensed designers for potential future collaborations.
  • Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
  • Work with Key stakeholders to ensure clear brand development direction is provided at the briefing stage of tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • An industry professional qualification L6/equivalent such as a Degree in business, Creative design and/or Product development or related field.
  • Industry specialist with 5 years' minimum experience developing brand strategies supported with evidence of achieving great results.
  • Hardworking, leads by example, disciplined, adaptable, 'can do' attitude with a strategic and passionate approach to brand development.
  • Communicates professionally well (written and verbally) at several business levels
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines
  • Possess the ability to work to a very high standard whilst under pressure
  • Prior project management experience, with a focus on brand development
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
