Customer Success Manager (Paid Media) - Up to £40,000 - MarTech / SaaS Platform - Fully Remote

The Business:

We have partnered with one of the fastest growing, award-winning scale-up SaaS business in the UK who are looking for a Customer Success Manager on a full time, permanent basis. You will lead and manage customer relationships, to help drive product adoption and outcomes, leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across a number of high value clients

Our client has won multiple awards including Best AdTech Company of the Year, Best MarTech Award and Best Tracking Technology Award. They are partnered with the likes of Google, Facebook and Microsoft, recognized for bringing something extraordinary to the market.

You will be working with leading industry figures in a business who put people at the heart of what they do. They have a remote-first policy with access to offices in Manchester, London and Nottingham and flexible working hours.

The Role:

This is a crucial role in our clients growth strategy as they aim to be the market leader in their sector, they are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of paid media from a Digital Agency background who is looking to make the transition to an in-house role, where you can utilise your Paid Media knowledge whilst making sure the customers are getting the most out of the platform.

Day to day, you will be responsible for making sure that clients are constantly realising the value of the platform, with an emphasis on product education, best-practice consultation, and feature adoption. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Agency Account Manager, Digital Agency Account Director or Agency Client Partner to make the role their own and progress to Head of Customer Success in a 6 month timeframe whilst building your own team around you.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work that they do, and Agile enough to move and pivot onto different tasks when needed. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team that is collaborative in nature, and you will be supported by others in the marketing team and elsewhere in the business to succeed and grow.

Ideal Candidate:

4+ years of experience with customer success or account management within an agency environment
Experience with hands-on campaign management from set-up to optimisation and measurement within Native Paid Ad platforms (for example, Google, Microsoft, Facebook)
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
You have experience in a growing start-up
You are self-sufficient and thrive in unstructured environments
On offer:

Salary between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience but there is flexibility for the right person
