Description

The successful HR & Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for:

* Overseeing HR guidance and providing advice to managers around the organisation

* Delivering training and coaching sessions

* Recruitment processes

* Ensuring the smooth running of payroll processes, learning & development, and reward.

Profile

The successful HR & Payroll Team Leader must have:

* Experience in a HR position, with some line management experience

* iTrent experience is essential

* TUPE & employee relations experience

* Payroll & pension understanding.

Job Offer

A new and exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Team Leader to join a reputable public sector organisation. This will be mostly remote but you will need to travel to London for certain meetings. This will be offered on a 12 month initially, with the opportunity to be extended.
