This is a generalist HR role based in Leeds City Centre (Hybrid working offered) where you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries from all staff and managers within a specific area of the business, providing accurate and timely advice. You will effectively liaise with the HR Business Partner to get support and help with any complex HR issues/queries which need to be escalated.
The successful candidate will have a track record of working as an HR Advisor ideally in a fast paced environment. An up-to-date knowledge of employment law and understanding how this can impact the business is essential.
You will be passionate about HR, confident with high energy and willing to get to know and understand the teams you will be responsible for. You will run forums with key stakeholders within your business area and represent that area to the wider business through question and answer sessions.
