In this Interim ER Manager role, you will partner with the business to provide ER and IR expertise including developing and maintaining relationships with the Trade Union and employee representatives resulting from but not limited to reorganisation, redundancy and TUPE. You will lead complex ER cases as well as being the point of escalation for certain complex and senior cases.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked in an ER specialist role in a financial services business where they will have managed a high volume of complex ER casework. You will have experience of restructure, redundancy and TUPE as well as negotiating and building relationships with Trade Unions. It is essential that you have strong stakeholder management experience and are quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract.
