This prestigious Birmingham based organisation are looking to create a new role for a Global mobility manager due to increased activity overseas. This role will be a new and standalone role working within the HR team, you will need to be highly experienced in Global Mobility to apply. This is a great well renowned organisation with a good reputation and an amazing team to be part of.
Your new role
Within this role you will lead on all global mobility issues providing advice and support to the wider business. You will advertise and co ordinate global compliance processes to ensure that international payroll, tax, pensions, right to work issues are all up to date and meet with the global requirements. You will be responsible for effective communication and training on any new policies or procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to apply you will need to be an experienced Global Mobility specialist who is comfortable in a stand alone role. You will need to have experience within ED&I, experience advising on global mobility issues, excellent IT skills, excellent communication skills and working with stakeholders both internally and externally.
