This is a Automated factory who are seeking a experienced Engineering Manager on a permanent basis. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for man management and leadership, Projects, Planning, Budgets and technical hands on maintenance of the production machinery. Skills required for the Engineering Manager:

Recognised Engineering Qualification ideally HNC in electrical engineering
Management qualifications such as ILM, NEBOSH or other relevant qualifications
Experience in electrical or mechanical hands on engineering
Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
