ICT Support Team Leader
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (choice of two shifts 9.00am - 5.00pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm)
Location: London, Finsbury Park
Salary: £41,495 - £48,134 per annum. Please note that the starting salary is £41,495 per annum, with an opportunity to progress up the scale over time.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Support Team Leader to join us at Freedom from Torture. You will lead and manage an established support team of four and be responsible for ensuring that your team provide a proactive and reactive technical IT support service. You will lead the team in providing a continuous efficient and satisfactory service across all 300 (circa) ICT service users. You will ensure that the day-to-day ICT administrative tasks and technical support requests assigned to your team are resolved in accordance with operation strategy, SLAs and with minimum business impact. You will also assist the ICT Manager in various ICT related projects and deputise for the ICT Manager during periods of annual leave.
To be successful in this role you must have demonstrable In-depth knowledge of the TCP/IP network protocol and the services that use it. You must also have In-depth knowledge of Office365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Intune MDM, Teams and SharePoint environment.
It's also important that you are friendly and able to deliver a good levels of customer service across the ICT system users. You must be able to develop a strong customer-focused culture and provide technical leadership to the team. It's essential that you have solid experience of Windows operating systems including server ones and are able to troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems.
