Scheduler in Milton Keynes, £10.55 per hour (PAYE), 3-month rolling contract with a global finance leader

Your new company
Our Client, based in Shenley Wood, is a global leader in the financial world. You will be working as part of a Request Management Team within Corporate Banking, leading by example and delivering a highly organised support service.

Your new role
Working onsite in Shenley Wood as a Scheduler earning £10.55 per hour (PAYE), you will be providing an administration function to support request management schedulers in a high-volume environment. You will be producing quotes, managing request tickets on ServiceNow, oversee requests, planning and scoping out request requirements e.g IT deployments, decommissions and software requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to springboard their career within the IT sector.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous scheduler experience, and general IT hardware knowledge is preferred. You must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with good Excel skills and a drive to develop your skills and knowledge. Experience of Remedy or ServiceNow will be an asset, stock management experience will be advantageous. You must also be able to undergo a vetting process before you can begin the role.
