One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic opportunities for Finance Affordability Complaint Handlers to work within the financial services sector for a major financial organisation in Petersfield.

You will be working on an existing project supporting customers with motor Finance Affordability enquiries over the phone to provide clear information and resolve and concerns

Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hr week, 7.5 hr days working 9-6pm from Monday to Friday and please note this role will require you to work on the client site in Petersfield.

Candidates must be available to start on or around 31st January.

Please note you will not be making any cold calls or required to cross or up sell any products at any time.

As a Finance Affordability Complaint Handler you will:

Manage inbound calls from customers to discuss any question or queries they may have around their Motor Finance Affordability
Provide a clear and efficient response within company guidelines and always putting the customer first.
Updating them on the progress of their application and confirming what documentation or information is required in order to assist.
Updating the client database with all key information required from the call.
Working to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.
To be a successful Finance Affordability Complaint Handler you will have the following skills and experience:

Complaint handing with Motor Finance
Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation.
Strong ability with Word and Excel.
Extremely professional, well presented and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has previous banking customer service experience.
Must be able to travel to Petersfield for this role.
Required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check for this project.
Required to undertake a full credit check report.
