Who are we?

B+C HR is looking for a HR Operations Manager to join a leading private sector business based in Northamptonshire. You will manage the delivery of an efficient, reliable, high quality and customer-focused HR Shared Services function that meets statutory requirements and business objectives; delivers operational goals whilst driving ongoing improvements and actively planning for the longer term. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for overseeing the Operational Management of the HR Shared Service Centre ensuring that we meet SLA's across all the teams. There will be multiple Team Managers reporting directly to you with their subsequent teams under your remit.

Responsibilities:

*Lead the HR Operations function.
*Proactively identify areas where improvements in operational effectiveness or efficiency can be made e.g. system development and/or process changes.
*Ensure function has robust systems and processes, as well as adequate capacity and capability of personnel, to accurately process payroll and expenses in accordance with set deadlines and guidelines
*Initiate reviews and internal audits to monitor compliance and minimise risk.
*Promote a customer-oriented service within this function.
*Ensure personal targets/objectives are achieved and make a positive contribution to the driving the HR function to achieve its objectives and targets.
*Project manage process or system changes.

*Stakeholder engagement and management experience across all levels.
*A good level of using Excel - build macros, pivot tables, formulas.
*Good working knowledge of MS Office programmes.
*Comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity.
*Experienced in managing a varied workload.
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
*Degree Qualified or equivalent in HR
*Experienced in working within a HR Shared Service Centre
