This is a retained search and selection process with a business that has seen rapid growth since its inception and is now looking to recruit a Finance Director to help deliver continual growth of the business while maintaining a high level of corporate governance and compliance.
As FD you will play a key and pivotal role in ensuring the operational and future success and growth of the region and its team, helping the team to achieve and exceed its corporate goals.
This is a varied and challenging opportunity and you will be a key part of the Regional Management team identifying and communicating the financial implication in terms of risks and rewards of decisions taken, always ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with the aspirational growth of the business.
You will regularly attend board meetings and as such this is best suited to a proven FD with a track record of success and at least ten years of post- qualification experience.
Not surprisingly experience in a leadership role and a demonstrable ability to manage, develop and mentor staff is a must as well as robust technical and commercial accounting skills with that all important ethical integrity at the heart of all you do.
