Rthirteen are partnering with a well-know and exciting Norfolk business in their search for a Marketing Executive to join their team. Supporting the Marketing Manager, your role will be to assist in the development of innovative marketing plans, engaging multi-media campaigns and high quality communications, monitoring and evaluating the success of these.

You will bring fresh strategic and creative thinking - underpinned by insights and data - along with bags of passion and drive needed to inspire world class work that accelerates business growth and delivers on the company vision.

Duties to include:
  • Supporting the delivery of marketing, communications and brand strategy to drive brand health and growth.
  • Delivering on a range of multi-media marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Campaign strategy, positioning and cross-channel deployment.
  • Producing marketing collateral and copy for both online and print campaigns.
  • Ensuring all marketing material is delivered in line with brand guidelines.
  • Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders including agencies & third parties.
  • Sourcing relevant advertising opportunities and delivering engaging advertisements.
  • Actively managing social media channels.
  • Carrying out market research to enhance campaigns.

You will have/be:
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Able to plan and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • CIM or similar marketing qualification would be desirable.
  • Experience across various marketing disciplines including advertising, promotions, project management, research and analysis.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Team oriented and highly resourceful.
  • Strategic and creative outlook.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding performance -what's driving it, identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional bank holiday, weekend and/or evening work where necessary. The offered salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience.
