I am currently recruiting for a Filing Clerk to work at my client a leading public health organisation based at the S5 Postcode.
Duties will include:
To be successful in this role you will:
The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The hourly rate starts at £8.92 and rises to £9.48 after 12 weeks.

Duties will include:
- Receive, check and put away goods items delivered to stores and maintain appropriate records on a daily basis
- Transport equipment, consumables and written information as required within the hospital
- Clean water fountain and complete fridge temperature logs on a daily basis
- Tidy and clean programmers and blood pressure monitors located on the corridor outside the device clinic rooms
- Restock and tidy device and EP store rooms, damp dusting shelves, ensuring stock is refilled and in correct date order
- Pulling and filing device case notes on a daily basis.
- Refill glove and apron dispensers and alcohol hand wash/sanitiser located throughout the department.
- Process used EP catheters for recycling on a regular basis
- Restock EP and cardiac device catheter laboratories on a regular basis
- Maintain stocks at required levels and place orders as directed via Web basket, NHS supply chain and EDC scanner
- Keep records of any reported defects and remedial action taken
- Ensure appropriate stock items are requested and received on time
- Provide a high quality and efficient service by holding, maintaining and preparing device case notes in a timely, complete and accurate manner
- Regularly transfer appropriate patient device files to Medical Records for scanning and archiving
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and files are readily available in the Cardiac Catheter Labs
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be confident working in a busy environment
- Have accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a good understanding of data protection and GDPR
