Our client, a global banking organisation have an exciting role for a regulatory Business Analyst to join on an initial 6 month contract to help ensure that the existing IAAs meet the EBA/PRA/ESMA Outsourcing Regulation requirements.

Role and skills required:

• Review of existing Intra-group agreements (IAA's) - both as Service Provider and Service Recipient
• Identify any missing IAAs where appropriate
• Ensure IAAs and their monitoring meet the applicable Outsourcing Regulation requirements (legal provisions, exit strategies, service reports...) Draft and negotiate Technology IAA's with other entities
• Where any gaps are identified, coordinate with Legal, Procurement and the relevant entities that the required documentation is drafted, amended and/or signed
• Coordinate with the relevant entities to ensure that agreements meet the applicable Regulatory requirements on both sides
• Work closely with Outsourcing Project team, Technology and entities to capture and document the services provided/received between entities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Outsourcing regulations (EBA, PRA, ESMA) preferable
• An understanding of Technology
• Effective at network building and forming relationships
