Coulter Elite Resourcing is looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager to work for one of our clients based near Bedford

We are looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager or sales executive to commercially take responsibility for all aspects of the customer experience managing the account from first contact to repeat business.

Our client is a UK based successful organisation who work within the Electronics Manufacturer world. They offer a full Electronic service to its clients that includes Design and Engineering, Prototyping all the way through to assembly. They pride themselves in the ability to tailor their services to precisely meet the customer's individual requirements, this is where the Account Managers role is key. Knowledge of the Electronics industry would be essential for this role.

Role and Responsibilities for the Internal Account Manager:

Take overall responsibility for customer service and manage specific accounts.

Deliver high levels of customer service ensuring continuity of communication.

Receive customer enquiries, process orders accordingly.

Work with our engineers to identify manufacturing costs, generate proposals (quotes) and follow-up through to point of order.

Arrange purchase orders and, as necessary, create part numbers and structures to support the purchasing function.

Liaise with the Production Supervisor to review the order book and take appropriate actions arising from the meeting should customer interaction be required.

Support the external Business Development Managers to introduce new accounts ensuring excellence in communication from the outset.

Knowledge and Experience for the Internal Account Manager:

Strong experience in Account Management or sales

Solid experience within sectors such as Contract Electronics Manufacturing, PCB fabrication or electronic component distribution even if only for 6 months

Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent telephone communication skills.

Considerable attention to detail including a high degree of accuracy in data entry and interpretation.

The ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
