Finance Executive

We are seeking a confident, engaging and experienced Finance Executive to join a highly successful international organisation with worldwide sales and distribution. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Finance professional to join a fast paced global business at their UK HQ based in Surrey.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Entering financial data whilst ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data held on the system
· Vendor Payment Processing
· Applying Customer Payments to the system
· Maintain Tax compliance supporting documents.
· Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
· Monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
· Assist in updating the general ledger
· Entering monthly accounts journals

The successful candidate:

• Educated to HND level as minimum, CCA preferred
• 5+ years' experience
• Experienced in finance operations within a fast moving sales environment
• Proficient with NetSuite
• Understanding of European VAT
• Highly experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Collaborative team worker
• Ability to prioritize, set and consistently achieve goals.
• Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
