Project Support Project Coordinator - Technology

In this role you will support a team delivering in excess of 200 projects in relation to software and hardware as they scale at pace.

ROLE: Project Coordinator | Poject Support

RATE: £220 - £260 per day DOE

LOCATION: Atherstone with 3 / 4 days remote working

THE ROLE:

You will have an eye for detail, love to have order to your work and a keeness to ensure deadlines are achieved.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Coordinate 3rd parties to ensure works are achieved across 200 sites (planned rollout for 2022)
-Schedule Engineers and hardware for site implementation
-Administer all necessary project paperwork
-Be responsible for invoicing, ensuring the associated invoices relate to teh correct site and teh appropriate stock
-Raise Purchase Orders and manage them through the sign off and invoicing process
-Update project timeline spreadsheets and communicate both Nationally and Internationally with all concerned parties
