We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing Publisher Operations team. The main purpose of this role is to support buyers, publishers and ad partners in integrations and delivery. This is a technical role for someone with experience in technical account management, working closely with various teams in a collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You'll be responsible for supporting integrations, using your industry expertise to ensure that day to day issues are being identified and addressed in a prompt manner and supported by clear communication
  • You'll have the opportunity to work closely with other Ozone functions including Business Development, Product and Operations, to plan the deployment of new publishers, new vendors and new capability
  • You'll support moving publishers towards defined strategic goals such as adoption and implementation of new products
  • You'll be a key stakeholder in technical and operational 'best practice', documenting and updating guidance for Ozone's customers
  • You'll ensure that customer feedback and requirements are captured and fed into the process for new product and feature development
  • You'll be data driven in your approach to troubleshooting any issues and supporting team members as needed
  • We're looking for someone who will demonstrate drive and commitment to delivery of personal and team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • You'll bring a strong understanding of programmatic technologies, Ad Tech and the wider digital ecosystem
  • You'll have experience in digital ad operations or in a technical support role
  • You'll be organised, proactive and detail-oriented with exceptional people skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders
  • You'll have a solid understanding of, and experience with, prebid.js, prebid server and openRTB integrations
  • You'll have excellent experience using Ad Servers and SSPs. You'll also have experience with, or a deep understanding of, DSPs and DMPs
  • You'll be a natural problem solver with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • We're looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as cross functional teams
  • Experience working at a publisher and Ad Tech provider business would be advantageous
